Devon Rex cats are fun to live with they can be like a cat, dog and parrot all in one hot curly coated body. They chat and perch on your shoulder like a parrot, retrieve and wag their tails with joy like a dog, and purr and smooch like a cat. They often live happily with allergy sufferers. I have bred these amazing little cats for 12 years and love them
I have many owners whose cats retrieve for hours on end and several trained to use the human otoilet, a cat who sits on command and many who walk on harnesses. Devon Rex are a breed not for the faint hearted they are full on, in your face feline fun.

Most kittens are very attractive and certainly Scottish Fold kittens are unusual looking.

I believe Scottish Folds do have health problems related to their inbreeding and you might want to be aware of anything like that in a pure-bred kitten.

If you do buy a pure-bred cat be sure that you visit the home where the cat was bred and see all the cats and kittens there. A lot of breeders are less than scrupulous about how they breed and raise their kittens. If you are not allowed to make a visit that should be a red flag not to buy from that breeder. Your eyes, ears and nose will tell you how the cats are raised and treated.

Exactly. Disaster doesn’t strike very often with that scenario. It totally works for me, and saves a lot of time in the band changeover. We’re almost always the headlining band, so it’s cool with me. And if you do’nt like the logo head on the kick drum? Deal with it! Or use your own kit and set it up in front of mine. Usually the other drummers are more than fine to use what’s up there though.

NCSoft, ArenaNet and Jeff Strain are not only a bunch of complainers, but they are also a bunch of liars. I participated in Guild Wars alpha many months before it was released and saw how they lied through their teeth to sell their game. I actually I hope they go destroy the Sony Playstation with their garbage games and leave both XBox and PC gaming alone. Guild Wars was a terrible game that got WAY to much attention because it was marketed as a competitive free MMO when it was nothing of the sort. I'm happy if Microsoft isn't giving them the freedom to continue their dishonest practices. The only reason Jeff Strain wants to have a “direct relationship” with gamers is so he can make up rediculous reasons to charge his exisiting player base for things like “additional character slots,” “unlocked skills,” and “extra levels/expansions” whenever his company feels the need to squeeze out more money from their existing player base. Microsoft is a much smarter than most companies out there and I'm sure they know exactly what they are doing by being the middle man between gamers and the likes of NCSoft and ArenaNet.

**Miruna Med:** I really dig this one, the little touch of gestalt on the chin is great. **Grocery Box:** Feels unfinished, maybe just the cliche cardboard box combined with too much letter-spacing? **Fleur Restaurant:** The bowl could work, but the type is just feeling out of place, amateur, or overdone? Something about it. **Men’s Medicine:** A little bland and the left/right boundaries of the lower text makes it feel less tied together. And the ever occurring gradient irks me, could be the contrast between the spherical gradient and the sans-serif logo head. **Classique:** Feels bland and generic… I think that’s supposed to be a napkin, but I see a weird light fixture… probably just me on that one though. Overall I think you’ve got some great design practices, making use of visual structure in some of the pieces. Others lack use of the relational space, and just feel bland as hell. It’s always that damn space getting in your way, being hard to utilize. I recommend building your own guide system other than the vertical / horizontal guides provided by Ai/Ps. Work with angular guides, or create a hinting base layer to give you a shape to mold around. All in all, keep it up man, a lot of potential!

Yes, I agree with you that the human interest stories are BS, but I suppose the commercials are necessary. (I don't like them, really, but) It cost a load of money to buy the rights to buy the rights to the Olympics, and without all those commercials, NBC would lose money. And I know a lot of sports may be going on at a time, but if there aren't (as in they're only one or two going on at once), it's live coverage, so NBC can't determine when they go on. In real time, you might have five-who knows how much minutes between something. Since it's live, NBC can't cut that out.

IPL teams should be able to retain eight players – Tendulkar
    23 April 2010, 9:45 am

Sachin Tendulkar, the Mumbai Indians captain, has said the IPL franchises should be allowed to hold on to a certain number of players from their existing squads as the league prepares for a reshuffle at the end of the 2010 season, when existing player contracts expire. Next year the IPL will have two new franchises – Pune and Kochi – and a fresh auction but Tendulkar wanted teams to be able to retain at least eight player…

Oh man, I just linked that video to Ian for things to share with the class about the Onion.

When I saw this video, I thought about the article we had to read about Fake News vs Real News and how “human interest” stories are never really commented on, even though to me they are some of the most useless pieces of news. Along with celebrity gossip, human interest pieces rarely, to me anyways, are actually that interesting. I'm much more worried about how currency values or political decisions are affecting people than how a group of girl guides came up with the most ingenious car wash ever.

First off, what sort of horribly irresponsible breeder sold you, a complete novice, an unaltered pedigreed cat? And then you also easily found an unaltered "Scottish Fold"?

Clearly these cats are poorly bred cats from backyard breeders – not show quality cats from Champion lines so they should not be bred. And crossbreeding???? That results in kittens of NO breed whatsoever. What an idiotic vet if he really suggested that!

With the MILLIONS of cats and kittens put to death at shelters every year you're not being the least bit "logical". You're "not" being irresponsible? Please. What you're being is selfish AND irresponsible. Get this cat neutered and if you want kittens go adopt some.

There's no shortage of British Shorthairs. "British Blue" isn't a breed. The COLOUR of the coat is simply Blue.

So I vote for a hybrid between the Classic 2 legged jump and Pete Townsend. You can definitely execute these. End of a song you do the 2 legged jump and then come down and drive your headstock right through Danny's logo head. Perfect!

"This is the best post I’ve seen on the problems facing publishers, bar none. Mike hit almost every nail square on the head. Some additional points I’d mention are: 1. The disruptive role that Apple stands poised to play in the e-reader market. At O’Reilly, we already sell more copies of our books on the iPhone than we do on the Kindle, and if Apple gets serious about offering books in the iTunes store and offers their own bigger tablet to boot, there’s a good chance that they, not any existing player, will be the dominant force in the ebook market. 2. It’s worth remembering just how many business models print publishing has supported, and exploring how many of them might apply to ebooks. For example, our Safari Books Online (joint venture with Pearson) is a subscription-based "cloud library" model. While downloadable ebooks are quickly gaining momentum, our sales through Safari are still 4x the size of all downloadable ebook formats combined. While eventually, I do expect downloadable…"

So i would suggest to make sure you find this input on your new TV.
